1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the bolly4u platform through our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines issued from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version of the terms.
The bolly4u platform is intended for adult users aged 18 and above only. Users below the required age are not permitted to register for or use any of the services provided.
2. Account Creation & Security
To make full use of bolly4u's services, you are required to register a valid user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name as per your identity card, a valid email address, and any other details required by the platform.
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice, along with the forfeiture of any credit balances or bonuses.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. bolly4u will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.
3. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the bolly4u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include internet banking from major Malaysian banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow. The list of available payment methods may change from time to time based on operational requirements.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the current conditions set by the platform. bolly4u reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. This is standard procedure to ensure transaction security and compliance with applicable financial regulations.
All transactions are final once confirmed. bolly4u is not responsible for any delays or processing failures caused by third-party issues such as banks or payment providers. Any payment-related issues must be reported to the support team within 14 days of the transaction date.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
As a registered bolly4u user, you agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with our rules. You are prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Engaging in fraud, identity misrepresentation, or providing false information during registration or transactions.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system.
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Abusing the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. bolly4u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including any betting losses.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bolly4u platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, interface designs, and software code, is the exclusive property of bolly4u or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from us.

6. Account Policy, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Bolly4u reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a security or operational concern. Where closure is due to a user violation, the associated balance may be withheld pending an internal investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team.
Amendments to Terms
Bolly4u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with a clear effective date. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the bolly4u platform should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
